All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499 or Cash on Delivery (COD), a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply based on your location.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code and courier availability.
Remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Partner

We use Shiprocket as our logistics platform, which connects us with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, DTDC, and India Post for safe and timely delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking ID and link will be shared once your order is dispatched.
You can track your shipment status anytime using the provided link or directly on the Shiprocket tracking portal.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address and contact information before placing the order.
Perfumor is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays & Exceptions

Although we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays (weather, courier issues, festivals) can occasionally occur.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected time frame, contact us for assistance.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at satwikthakur55@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.
For lost packages, we will coordinate with Shiprocket and the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.
